"You’re not broken. You’ve adapted to a world that asked too much, too soon".

I help highly aware, sensitive individuals gently move from survival mode to safety, self-trust, and nervous system ease — using EFT, NLP, and trauma-informed coaching.

Hello, I’m Phil, a trauma-informed EFT Practitioner, NLP Coach, Hypnotherapist, and Energy Therapist. working Online or in my peaceful therapy room

For as long as I can remember, I’ve lived with hypervigilance. It shaped the way I moved through the world always alert, scanning for cues, trying to stay ahead of discomfort or emotional disruption. At first, it was unconscious. A learned rhythm from a childhood where emotional safety felt uncertain. But over time, that constant readiness became exhausting.

It followed me into adulthood colouring relationships, limiting joy, keeping me locked in patterns of overthinking, withdrawal, and self-protection. I know the ache of emotional isolation, the yearning to connect but never quite trusting the moment.

Later, learning about ADHD helped me understand parts of my experience in a new way the intensity, the noise, the sensitivity. But for me, hypervigilance has always been the core thread and the focus of my healing work with others.

Through Emotional Freedom Techniques, NLP, and intuitive coaching, I support people who feel stuck in survival mode. People who sense their nervous system is holding on too tightly. People who want to feel more, not less but don't yet know how.

If you’ve spent years adapting, accommodating, bracing, overthinking... this space is for you. You’re not broken, or too sensitive, or “too much.” You’re deeply aware — and with the right support, you can turn that awareness into strength, softness, and self-trust.
